In the first week of April 2020, friends and customers began asking me to make face masks. Little did I know then that this would become my full-time job for the next several months!

As of August 2021 masks continue to be mandated in many communities (including my own). I highly recommend reading up on the subject of the effectiveness of masks from non-political sources. You can find dozens of links to peer-reviewed research here.

I will continue to make masks on demand for as long as they are mandated, in an effort to encourage a green recovery to the pandemic.
